A little bit about me

I am a caring dependable, and patient nanny with over 10years of experience supporting families with infant and toddlers. I truly enjoy creating a calm, nurturing environment where babies feel safe and parents feel supported. In addition to my professional experience. I am a mother of five young adults, which has given me firsthand experience caring for newborns from birth and understanding the needs of both baby and parents during those early weeks. I value open communication, reliability, and becoming a trusted support system for families I work with.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have over a decade of experience caring for infant beginning around 3-4 months old. My responsibilities included maintaining feeding and sleep routines, preparing bottles, supporting developmental milestones through play and tummy time, soothing infants, and keeping baby area clean and organized. I also provided daily updates to parents to ensure consistency and peace of mind.

As a mother of five young adults, I also have firsthand experience caring for newborns from birth and supporting their earliest developmental needs.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

With infants and young babies, I focus on activities that support healthy development and bonding. I enjoy tummy time to strengthen motor skills, reading and talking to babies to encourage early language development, singing and gentle music for sensory stimulation, and age appropriate sensory play using textures and sounds, I also incorporate outdoor walks for fresh air and stimulation, while maintaining calm routines that promote restful sleep and a sense of security

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny is proving a safe, nurturing environment where a child feels secure and loved. When a baby feels comforted and supported, they are able to grow, explore, and develop with confidence. Equally important is building trust with parents so they feel reassured supported during this important stage.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience supporting children with varying developmental needs, including providing extra patience, structure, and individualized care based on each child’s unique abilities. I follow parent guidance and any recommended routines or therapy strategies to ensure consistency and comfort. My approach focuses on creating a calm, supportive environment while encouraging development at the child’s own pace.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was watching an infant I cared for reach their early milestones after weeks of consistent tummy time, sensory play, and encouragement. Seeing their confidence grow as they learned to roll over and engage more with the world was incredibly rewarding. Moments like that remind me how important patience, consistency, and nurturing care are in helping babies thrive.
