The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nannying moments was helping a child in my class who was really shy and had trouble participating at first. I took time to work with them one-on-one, encouraging them through small activities and celebrating their progress. Over time, I saw them come out of their shell, start interacting more with other kids, and even volunteer to answer questions. Seeing that growth and knowing I played a part in building their confidence was really rewarding for me.
