Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
A mother, grandmother and worked as a Nanny years ago for two young children in Canton. Many years PT in Nursery/Kids Ministry at the Chapel in Green. Recently helped out with two older, special needs boys. Currently care PT for a sweet 7 mo and a busy 2 yo at their family's home. CPR Training updated early in 2023.
I love being outside, exploring a variety of books, enjoying art and various styles of music. Oh and, I'm looking forward to meeting and helping a new family 🙂.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I truly luv books/libraries...enjoy puzzles, movies, taking walks, shooting baskets or tossing a ball or Frisbee. Dress up and pretend play is good. Coloring crafts/games are options, too.
The zoo might be cool, or even a local museum. I like just playing with a pet, swinging at the.park or blowing bubbles... making up a story can be fun, too. Swimming, teaching, enjoying music or just good old being silly😉! Hope to try to open new doors and further your child's current interests.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I like to connect with folks and help families! As a Nanny there are opportunities to care & be cared for...to enjoy special moments, unrushed...it's special when I can put kids at ease, helping them enjoy time parents are working and have to be away... plus I do love
those little smiles & hugs that comfort hard moments. And, I appreciate the trust parents place in me, I don't take it lightly! 😊

My experience with special needs children...
Recently helped a few weeks at the home of a single mom with special needs boys, a 10 yo & a 17 yo. They are on the spectrum... Came very early, woke boys up, offered them breakfast.. Generally supervised their morning. Also delivered both safely to school. Provided afternoon pickups, as needed.
The most important part about being a nanny...
At Hauner home years ago...😉 Worked PT, but a warm, welcoming family. Stayed overnight with toddler, while his baby sister was being born!
