Many kids don’t always have strong male role models in their daily lives. As a manny, i would be able to show them that men can be nurturing, patient, and supportive.It helps break stereotypes and teach kids that kindness and responsibility are strengths, Kids look up to me, and my presence it gives them a sense of stability. Through activities, problem solving, and daily interactions, i would teach kids important life skill patience, teamwork, resilience, and independence.

My experience with special needs kids was good it was nice to experience it, the type of special needs kids had was Adhd, Autism, Speech delay, and Behavior challenges.

There was a time when a child i cared for struggled with a task, and with my patience and encouragement, they finally succeeded, i seen the spark in his eyes because he finally got to accomplish his task without help.
