I don't have much experience with kids with special needs, but I know once I get the practice I will be in tip-top shape. I'm really good with kids in general and a fast learner. And I can do as much research as needed to accommodate for anything needed.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One time I was getting ready to leave the kids I was working with, and it was my last day because I was leaving for school, and they were crying and hugging me telling me not to leave and that they would miss me. It's a core memory of mine that I always live with. It gets me through the day.
