I have been a peer aide in my schools for over 6 years, I also have done some volunteering with the Special Olympics and All Play. I also watch the children sometimes if their parents have events or their nanny is busy. I have a father with an extreme disability of his own (not a child) but I was a primary caretaker for him for a while so I learned a lot of valuable skills from that.
