More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a nanny for two children (6y boy, and 11y girl) in the summer of 2023. I made it my goal to give them a summer of memories and fun!
For a year and a half I worked as a lifeguard at my community pool. I was CPR and first aid certified, so if needed I can obtain recertification. I also taught swimming lessons for ages 2-6.
From Oct. 2024-present I have worked as a DV Advocate and Child Advocate. I work with many children that come into shelter, and especially tend to children with behavioral issues, special needs, and trauma. I teach children's group lessons, help care for children of all ages, and provide support to them as well.
Most importantly, I have three little brothers. They are finally all teenagers now, but I spent a lot of time caring for them and babysitting. I value being a big sister over anything!

Spending time outdoors: easy hikes, swimming, scavenger hunts, bicycle rides.

My experience with special needs children...
I have had many children come into shelter with extreme trauma, behavioral issues, regression, and special needs. My education in psychology has allowed me to help these children as needed.
