I am ready to help you with your family's needs & your needs when reasonable things are asked.. I have experience from day care work with Newborn through teaching pre k. I was certified for cpr, and other certification needed to work at the type daycare back when I was 18.. now I'm 39. I helped teach and raise my autistictic and bi polar brothers as well as my 3 kids Till the autistic brother moved in at 13, while my other brother lived with my sister. We came from abusive background and I married into one. So experienced with children, special needs or not coming from abusive relationships. If offered courses or certification for your child's specific special medical needs or otherwise, I will have no problem with taking the requested steps as long as it is paid by you.. I am part time but very flexible hours 24/7 and willing to put in more hours sometimes when planned for. Car isn't equipped for wheel chairs. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon!!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I worked as a substitute at elementary school, shaparoned groups of kids. Kept nerves and nepheaz for months at a time.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Arts and crafts, video games, feeding ducks and birds qt boardwalk and much more.. But my favorite is sitting around a dinner table and listening to them talk over a meal.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Connecting is by far the most important thing. I spent more time trying to learn how to play video games understand anime and reading manga to connect to my brother and kids than anything else. I would let them watch all the anime they want once homework done.. only in Japanese though and i read the subtitles till they learned to read well enough to keep up on their own. They enjoy a challenge and I enjoy giving them a different way to experience things. They could watch cartoons in English. But they were always happy to sit in my lap while I followed translating in English. Just like playing zombies on call of duty, controversial, to some it seems like a iffy idea. But my 1st grader knew what a turbine was, how they work and ways to use their power and where they're used in real life from one game..It also taught temper control, eye and hand corridination. With other skills working in groups etc. I think giving the optio to learn their way is the best connection to give

My experience with special needs children...

Autistic and bi polar children as I said above. I've dealt with children from asthma issues to severe anxiety down to ticks.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My neixes and nephews call me nanny and favorite memories were holidays and summers we spent together. but I also took in a homeless mother and her 5 kids well 6 on the weekends lol. My favorite moment as a nanny was when I would walk in from work, and the 8 of our kids would fight over my help from homework to refereeing their games. Even walking with them. It was nice to even hear them beg me to cook because their mom only made hamburger helper. The whole experience having them in our lives was something to smile about. Thank God their mom did the laundry 😃
