"Jen was a great leader of our team because she was one of the most helpful and resourceful assistant director I have ever worked with. She is a hard worker and was always there and ready to help when other teachers and I needed help; whether it be coming up with crafts, Montessori jobs, theme board ideas, etc. Jen would try her best to make the teachers feel less stressed.
