i believe the most important part about being a nanny is making sure you make an impact on a kid(s) life. i understand how hard it is not being able to see your parents throughout the day, especially now that covid has changed our work schedules so making an impact and having a bond really sets everything. you have to make sure they always look forward to seeing you while the parents are not present. i believe every nanny should make the kid(s) feel loved and cared for.
