More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I worked at Library Square School with infants for 9 months. I worked at Pleasant Prairie Renaissance preschool for a year and six months. I worked with infants and then three year olds. The job before that I worked at Freidens Lutheran early childcare. I started working with the two year olds then I taught three year olds and then I cared for the infants. Prior to that I stayed home raising my four children and caring for my three cousins.
I started caring for young children when I was nine years old I helped my mom with my sister as well as other children as I got older. I have more then 30 years experience with a variety of age groups.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to get down on the floor to play with the children. I enjoy reading to children and doing art. I enjoy being outside and going for walks.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part is the families wishes. Following the parents schedules and meeting the needs of the families. The most important part with. caring for children is building a relationship with the child by providing a safe environment. Building strong relationships is the most important role.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience with asthma helping with inhalers or nebulizers. I cared for a little guy who was on oxygen he also had a feeding tube. Ive also administered given medication to children.
