Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have been a "mommy and me" class teacher for ages zero to five years old(I was there for 2.5 years). I recently was a daycare teacher for the city of Roseville( I was there for 5 years when covid shut down everything). I am CPR certified, first aid trained, and possess a level one fingerprint clearance card. I am currently a Registered Behavioral Tech (and have been for three years now).
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
My favorite activities to do with children are to go on walks and play outdoors when the weather permits. Indoor activities I like are turning on nursery rhymes/ Disney music to sing and dance to, coloring and painting, small games that help expand their brains without them even knowing such as color sorting which helps with math skills.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny to me is being responsible for the raising and teaching of child minds. I am very passionate about working with kiddos and helping them achieve all that they set out to do.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with two children who had muscular Dystrophy and one was ablutory and one was wheelchair bound. I have been trained in the medical care that was needed for these specific children as well. I also currently work with individuals on the autism spectrum.
