Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
usually i to take care of children when I am at home, being attentive, making sure they have eaten and are clean, happy, and healthy.
i have a 8 year old brother with autism and when he was younger and wanted something i could understand better than anyone else, same with my 5 year old brother he has a speech impediment and does speech therapy but he also gets upset when he has to repeat himself to someone if they dont understand him, i help him regulate his feeling and let him know that its ok to repeat yourself so others can understand you but most of the time he just comes to me so i can understand then relay the message to the person he was speaking to, i say all of that to say I am able to help regulate and understand children as well as taking care of them.

Singing, playing, dancing, (good at influencing nap time), outdoor parks, watching movies/cartoon, etc.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny for me is just making sure that the children in my care are completely safe and healthy, aside from keeping the parents as updated as they would like to be. I truly enjoy taking care of children with a passion.
My experience with special needs children...
My younger brother kasen is autistic and had a hard time with others understand him from an early age, I on the other hand was always able to quickly figure out what he needed, he is now 8 years old and has amazingly improved when it comes to his speech with the help of speech therapy and myself. I made sure to find ways to help him express himself when he had a hard time doing so now that he's 8 we're working on communicating when he needs something like food because he's at the age where he just goes in the kitchen and tries to make himself something but when we ask is he hungry his favorite thing to say is "no I'm ok" even though he's hungry, we're getting into telling him "do you wanna help make you something to eat". although, everyone deals with children differently and if there are anymore questions about that I will answer them specifically.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment with my sibling is when I realized that I was the only one who could understand them sometimes and that really helped our bond over time. Now when it comes to other babies I have watch they were infants so they mostly slept, ate, and use the restroom but also I am able to easily diffuse babies and what I mean by that is even if you can't get your baby to calm down i might be a great help in being able to.
