I worked as a manager for a preschool/daycare for 4 years, I was offered ownership of the center. I declined in order to pursue public school teaching. I then taught Kindergarten in public schools for 4 years. I left teaching when I had my daughter.

I believe that Nannying is a cooperation between the Nanny and the Family. It is important for the Nanny to do exactly what the family wants for their children, to be an extension of the family. Teamwork, honesty and communication are key to a good Nanny relationship.
