The most important part about being a nanny...
I was nannying for a family in Plattsmouth, NE & their oldest son would actually tell his mom he was leaving with me when it was time for me to go. Everyday he would grab ahold of my leg as I made my way to the door, & she'd have to peel him off of me. This happened so often his younger brother started grabbing my leg also. I really miss those boys! I still receive Christmas cards from their family.
At one point he ran up and tickled me. When I jumped he said, "Ah-ha! Your weak spot!" & wagged his eyebrows at me. He was a total HAM!
I babysat for a little girl who owned ponies & we bedazzled her helmet as an art project.
During my job with the preschool there was a little red head girl. Midway through naptime she had to use the bathroom. I stood in the doorway, waiting for her to finish while she sang songs in the bathroom stall. She got really quiet & said aloud, "crap, my poo didn't flush. Miss Jesse, did you know sometimes you have corn in your poo?" I LOST IT! 🤣
