I would babysit periodically for family growing up. I was a part-time nanny for an infant/toddler after undergraduate school. I assisted with literacy tutoring and afterschool programming for a year as an AmeriCorps member. I was a Children's Group Facilitator for about 4 years at The Salvation Army. My most recent experience was in youth mental health as a part of a mobile crisis team.
