My experience with special needs children...
I cared for 3 kids who were adopted siblings with special needs, had to keep up with meds and give them all my attention. Also was a teachers helpers at an elementary school in a class of about 8 special needs students, from physical to mental. They’re just like caring for the elderly( I been doing for 10+yrs) just with a little more awareness cause the world is still new to them.

When I arrive and the kids would be so happy to see me. When kids show u they care it’s the most pure and beautiful feeling ever. Because kids can be brutally honest so the feelings of them wanted u around is unmatched.
