I also currently work as a special education paraeducator, supporting students with a range of learning, behavioral, and developmental needs. I enjoy a mix of Montessori-inspired activities and semi-structured play, such as art projects, sensory activities, reading, and outdoor exploration (especially with water!), with activities adapted to the materials provided.

To me, the most important parts of being a nanny are clear communication with parents, ensuring children are safe, happy, and providing care that fits each child’s unique needs. I also believe in being fairly compensated for my time and experience, especially since this work involves time away from my own little ones.

I have experience with kids with ADHD, autism, trauma-related behaviors, and complex medical needs (including but not limited to medication and food allergies), and I make sure every child feels safe, understood, and supported.

I’ve had so many great moments over the years, but I especially love seeing kids excited about learning, proud of what they’ve made, or laughing during everyday play and routines. I also really value the little moments; random giggles, unexpected hugs, and those simple connections that build trust and make the day special.
