My whole childhood I was a peer mentor or buddy to my classmates with disabilities and that continued as I grew up. Throughout my school years I maintained those roles into college. I’ve worked with children and adults with disabilities the past 2 and a half years. My working experience with children who have disabilities was based on my job as a camp counselor as mentioned before.
