I’ve been working with children in many different settings for several years, which has given me experience with children of different ages, needs, and backgrounds. I started nannying in my teens and later spent several summers working in my city’s daycare program, where I led activities, supervised children, and helped create a safe and supportive environment. I also have experience as a behavioral technician, supporting children with autism through structured routines, individualized care, and positive reinforcement. Most recently, I have continued building my experience working with children in a residential setting, supporting children in DCF care with their daily routines, behaviors, and emotional needs.
