A little bit about me...
Hi, I’m Jessie! I grew up in a big family (7 siblings, 3 of them a lot younger than me!) and I have always enjoyed taking care of kids. I have worked as a nanny for two different families, and in a 3 different daycares. I would love to be a nanny again so that I can devote more quality attention to just a few children, instead of trying to work with the high ratios of the preschool system. I love cooking and cleaning and taking care of things and I am a hard worker. In my free time I love painting and walking my dog with my husband. I am a Christian and my faith is important to me and I try my best to find joy in every situation.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love all the things! Art is my specialty though. I love doing hands-on things like creating things, building, baking or cooking, and just getting them involved in projects that they are interested in and that we can connect over. I also love being outside and letting them explore and play.
My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for a little boy with Down syndrome. I have cared for several children with autism and adhd, and I understand them very well as I have several siblings diagnosed.
