Hello! My name is JoAnna, and I have over 15 years of experience supporting children with communication, developmental, and social-emotional needs.
As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), I have worked with children from infancy through adolescence in both school and private practice settings. My experience includes supporting children with autism, developmental delays, speech and language disorders, social communication challenges, sensory differences, AAC (communication devices), and other special needs.
I am skilled at creating a safe space while having fun with in-door and out-door activities at the home or in the community!
I am seeking a part-time position with a family who would benefit from nanny services, autism respite care, community outings, communication support, and general family support.
