The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when a child I cared for finally tied their shoes by themselves after practicing with me for weeks. The look of pride on their face was unforgettable. It reminded me how meaningful the small, everyday moments can be, and how much of an impact patience and encouragement can have on a child’s confidence. Moments like that make the job really special
