A little bit about me

Im Jocelyn. I just graduated from high school and will be starting college august 22 (hopefully). Right now i work at Torchy's Tacos part time but i’m hoping a nanny job instead will be able to be my full time job if i am qualified. I am very active, I do sports like softball and basketball. I go to the gym daily and take care of a dog of my own. I love being around children, being around them makes me feel very joyful. Taking care of kids is like being in my element and I love it. I’ve had experiences with my baby cousins as well as next neighbors. I’m very easy going, adaptable, and extremely patient. i’m willing to learn anything that is required for the job. At the end of the day i enjoy being around kids and babysitting.

i’d love to do things like arts and craft. I can be the stay in type and watch movies, bake cookies, color or i could be active which i also love to do. I’m good at sports so i think i could be a good match for kids when it comes to having the energy.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think what matters the most is being able to build a connection with the kids to a point where the respect you, trust you, and value the things we say. It’s always an amazing thing when the kids see their nanny as another person they look up to. Setting a good example for the kids and teaching them things as we move along is very important to me.
