More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I’ve been working with kids through Child Care Centers for 8 years now, but I am looking to transition into a nanny role!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Working with the young kiddos I try to incorporate lots of sensory, fine motor, and gross motor activities. I love taking kids on walks, going to a local park to enjoy the sunshine and plenty more!
The most important part about being a nanny...
There are many important aspects of being a nanny. A few that stand out to me are ensuring each child’s safety, creating an environment where they feel comfortable and secure, and encouraging them to confidently ask for help when needed. I have worked with many children who come from situations where feeling safe and supported is especially important, and I take pride in fostering a nurturing, trusting environment where they can thrive both emotionally and developmentally.
My experience with special needs children...
Throughout my years in childcare, I have encountered a variety of situations involving children with special needs, which has allowed me to develop a thoughtful and compassionate approach. I understand the importance of responding to each child’s unique needs with patience, kindness, and communication methods that are appropriate and meaningful to them.
I am very interested in gaining more one-on-one experience working with children with special needs, as I believe this will further strengthen my knowledge and ability to provide individualized, supportive care. I am committed to continuing to grow professionally so I can better support each child’s development and well-being.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I have been fortunate to share many meaningful moments with the children I’ve worked with. One that stands out most is witnessing infants reach important developmental milestones and grow into their unique personalities. Supporting their growth and development during these early stages is incredibly rewarding and continues to be one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work in childcare.
