A little bit about me

I am a mother of 6 ranging from 2 to 22 years old. Currently have 4 children still living at home. I also have a grandson who I keep every other weekend who is 2. I am also CNA experienced working with elderly patients in a nursing home setting and also in-home setting. I can cook and also clean homes too. I am also able to do laundry. And even grocery shop. I do have some experience taking care of other children than my own. I was a live-in with some family of a school friend when I was a senior in high school in 1999 and took care of the little boy who was still in diapers and even kept the house clean and helped out whenever I was needed (during the day of course).

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

The only experience that I have with children is with either my own children or my own brother when we lived in California and I was just 11 years old. I also have experience with children when working in a home health agency. I also took care of a woman who was 23 years older that was wheelchair-bound that had the mindset of a little girl who needed my assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding and cooking for, and companionship and entertaining with her toys. I also have experience with assisting older folks in a nursing home setting with their daily activities.
