The most important part about being a nanny...
Making sure the children feel loved and cared for. Being a nanny is a great opportunity to help give the children as much time, energy, and love they need. A parents love is unconditional and endless but life does happen. Being a parent is tough and sometimes you need help. Reaching out for help in hopes your child will be treated and loved as you do is one of the scariest things you can do, but that extra help brings incredible structure and joy into their lives.

I was a nanny to a special needs boy for a little over a year and my 7 year old nephew has autism.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I went on vacation last summer and my employer sent me a video of her little girl asking where I was and said that she missed me. It’s a crazy moment when you realize you’ve made that amount of impact on a 2 year old.
