Boys and Girls Club, I was a program aid, coordinator, and office manager. For 3 years when I was a coordinator I was in charge of the Fitness program, where i made the plans everyday for a group of 40 kids and then led them in those activities. As the office manager, I helped a lot of kids when they had conflicts, got in fights, or were hurt. I also worked with a lot of the paper work, payments, and phone calls.
