A little bit about me

My name is Jordyn and I am 29 years old. I started as a nanny in 2010 for one family for 4 years. I was full time with them and even went on vacations with them. With those children I was responsible for meal prep, cleaning up, home work, running the kids around, and so on. I also did date nights/over nights for other families during that time period. In November of 2014 I had my son and became a stay at home mom. In 2018 I started nannying short term for a military family with one little boy on the autism spectrum. Since then I have done another short term position for a family in between au pairs and I have had a couple familes I have been working for long term for the occassional date nights and as needed. The most important part of baing a nanny is definitely keeping the kids safe while mom and dad are gone but to also love on the kids while mom and dad are out. A very close second is making sure mom, dad, and myself are on the same page with everything to keep rulea and schedule right where it needs to be. I know now from having a child myself exactly what I would expect and hope out of a nanny that it rolea over to how I take care of the kids while theyre in my care.
