A little bit about me

I started taking care of kids when I was 16 by helping watch my younger cousins. I began to babysit the kids in my area until I got my first job after school. I worked as a live in nanny after highschool for about a year before taking a break from childcare. Currently I work at a daycare during the week and have worked with children ranging from infants to school age. I also have a 4 year old son who's autistic and am learning to work with kids who need additional help because of that. I'm able to help with housework, meals, homework, playtime, and more if needed.

I love playing pretend with kids, helping them with arts and crafts, and helping them learn new things. If there's tasks they like to help with I love to let them have that sense of independence and confidence from doing a task.

While I don't have much experience outside of my own child, I'm currently learning how to work with kids who have special needs so I can be someone who helps them.
