Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Besides growing up being the oldest of 7 children, I also was the Vice President of my high schools Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America club where we hosted community events that were family focused. My mother also works as a state representative for Save The Children so I’d often volunteer to help out with family events in our community that way as well!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love sitting down with children and having coloring time, playing games or doing puzzles. I’m also comfortable helping children get their homework done if needed. I love being outside with the kids and playing games with them as well as having fun with pets!
My experience with special needs children...
I have not cared for any special needs children however, I don’t believe this is something that’s in my comfort zone just yet.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My most memorable moment while babysitting was when I taught my 12 year old sister how to make eggs. I loved this moment because it was a great teaching moment and it helped her develop confidence in the kitchen and just in herself in general:)
