"Julanda watched our son from the time he was 4 months old-22 months old. This was our first born so it was a big decision for us when we looked for a nanny. We did a nanny share with a neighbor and it worked out really well. I was amazed at how Julanda was able to get both boys on the same eating and sleeping schedule. She’s very skilled at juggling multiple priorities. I was so impressed at how she never seemed flustered when both boys needed her attention. She genuinely loves the kids she watches and is so caring and kind to them. She’s extremely reliable and communicative. She taught my son sign language, helped him learn how to walk, and was constantly reading books to him. She has a very calming presence and the babies picked up on her relaxed energy. My son absolutely adored her and we still hire her for weekend babysitting when we need someone after hours. I would highly recommend her especially for infants!"
