I have several years of hands-on childcare experience, including nannying for over a year for children ranging from 6 months to 7 years old, working at a summer camp with pre-teens and teens, and most recently working as a seasonal nanny at a ranch in Montana for two girls, ages 2 and 4, as well as occasionally caring for an 8-month-old.

Being a nanny is a blessing. Parents are entrusting you to keep their children safe, teach them, and help them grow. You are able to grow together because while you are teaching children, they are also teaching you about yourself! And I LOVE that being a nanny is being a part of a family. The boys I nanny were the ring bearers in me wedding. They are my little best friends, and I feel that’s how it should be!
