More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I also worked for the YMCA summer camp for two summers, where I was responsible for planning daily calendars, overseeing 13 kids at a time by myself, and directing behaviors.
I also worked as a substitute teacher for Attleboro HS. I was responsible for upwards of 100 kids at a time, alone. I helped with school work, helped maintain and promote positive behaviors, and engaged the students in conversations to get to know them all a bit.

The most important part about being a nanny...
Being another loving, dependable, and consistent adult presence in the child’s life who fosters social, emotional, behavioral, academic and physical growth in the child
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with one child on the autism spectrum and I worked with another child with oppositional defiance disorder. These were actually some of my favorite jobs!
The most important part about being a nanny...
When I had my own baby, I loved watching my nanny family kids (who were 10 and 12 at the time) meet her for the first time and hold her. I loved seeing them interact and how excited they were to have a baby around! It was so amazing to share that with them because I had worked with these children for 2 summers and they saw me through my pregnancy.
