The most important part for me about being a nanny is supporting a child’s healthy development in a loving and intentional way. In every interaction whether it's play, meals, daily routines, or developmental transitions, I find for an opportunity to encourage child's growth. I support developmental milestones by offering age-appropriate activities, fostering curiosity, and allowing children to explore at their own pace while feeling supported.
I guide the behavior with calm, positive discipline, and positive reinforcement. I believe children learn best when boundaries are clear and enforced with kindness, not fear. I find it important to model to children emotional regulation, respect, and empathy, while helping them build social skills early on. This balance of care, structure, and encouragement is at the heart of my childcare philosophy.
