I am currently enrolled in gcu’s online psychology program for my bachelors in adolescent behavioral disorders. I used to be a nanny for a family with 2 girls ages 3 and 7 and I would wake up with the girls get them ready for school including breakfast and showers and then would get them from the bus do homework make dinner bath and play with the girls every day! Our routine changed a bit depending on weather conditions but we loved to go to the park, do arts and crafts, learn, and also sing and dance! Other ways I helped out this family were putting together shopping lists, cleaning, teaching the girls respectful ways of communicating and healthy ways to express emotions! I left said family because the mother wanted more time with them so she became a stay at home mom when her husband got a promotion, she could afford to do so!
