I believe the most important part of being a nanny is helping children grow into the people they’re meant to be. I want to encourage their confidence, celebrate their individuality, and help them see just how capable they are. Building a genuine, trusting relationship with each child is so important to me—I want them to feel safe, supported, and excited to learn and grow.

I have some experience working with neurodivergent children and understand that every child has different needs, strengths, and ways of learning. I’m especially patient and understanding when it comes to sensory needs, staying focused, and having a hard time sitting still. I believe in meeting children where they are and creating a supportive environment where they can feel comfortable being themselve
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite experiences with my kiddos was creating an outdoor sensory bin where we could get messy and explore together! We had so much fun getting covered in mud, making “dirt pies,” and using our imaginations while enjoying the outdoors. It was such a simple activity, but seeing how excited and creative the kids got made it so memorable!
