I've never had an above table job caring for children but I ran a day care of about 9 kids varying from 6 months to 11 years for about 3 years of my life and I was also the primary caretaker for my little siblings for 5 years one of them is autistic and the other is pereplegic so I have experience with disabled children.

I've cared for my 10 year old pereplegic brother for many years, my little sister is on the autism spectrum, and the daycare I ran had one child with cerebral Paulsy and a child with down syndrome I also volunteered on the physical therapy floor of my brothers hospital so I worked with many physical and mental disabilitys.
