Hello, my names Kacie and I would love the opportunity to get to know you and your family and be able to help however I can! I have LOTS of experience with children of all ages, as young as caring for newborns, all the way to caring for the elderly as I have caregiving experience for end of life care as well. I have gained all my experience and knowledge with raising children in both professional and personal environments and it’s always something I’ve been passionate about. I grew up in a pretty big family so with my 2 younger siblings and 8 close cousins all within the same age group, I was basically changing diapers the second I stopped wearing them myself haha. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have done a lot of volunteer work at different daycares that were short staffed, also sitting in for pre-k/kindergarten teachers, and not to mention the lifetime experience I had helping raise my 2 younger siblings as well as 8 cousins.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Playing outdoors and making sure they get lots of exercise, I love anything art especially with younger kiddos so lots of drawing/coloring/etc. I think aelf expression is extremely important for children to learn early on.

I’ve assisted in working with special ed students, for example autism, adhd, basically different learning disabilities in general.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love when they bring me drawings or art projects they made specifically with me in mind, it makes me feel good knowing I make a big enough impact in their lives for them to remember me outside of my shifts. My job is to help raise our future generation, so the small things like that remind me I’m doing a good job.
