Hi! I’m Kadence, and I absolutely adore children, animals, and all the little things that make a household feel happy and cared for! I have experience working in childcare, providing respite care for children, and volunteering with children through my church. I also have my driver’s license and a reliable car, and I’ll have my First Aid certification soon!

I know firsthand how meaningful a safe, patient, and nurturing environment can be. I was a pretty challenging kid myself, and having adults who made me feel loved, understood, and supported made such a difference in my life. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a respite caregiver for a family with two very special and wonderful girls! I hold a volunteer position at my church teaching Sunday School to the youth, and I currently work in a childcare environment as an assistant teacher for Kindercare.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Anything that fosters creativity and problem solving. I'm a strong advocate for playing games, going outside and exploring the world, building and creating (whether that be painting, DIY projects, or even just LEGOs), and just letting them be kids.

Working respite care, both of the girl's needed special assistance, with one of them being special needs and the other requiring extra supervision and guidance due to personal issues.
