Hello, my name is Crystal Dauber. I am a registered CNA. I am currently working from home as a personal caretaker (for my Autistic son). I am a mother of a total of four. Ages 18, 14, 12, and 5. However; this school year is my youngest's first full day of kindergarten. Which means I will have a lot of free time, as for 18 years I have always had kids home. I am very energetic and organized and love hands on playing and learning for kiddos. I do have pets (very mellow), and would need to provide care at my house, as I need to be here most of the time for my oldest. Thank you.

I know how nervous it is to trust new people with your children, as well as the rising costs nowadays. I am a mother of four children (ages [phone number hidden]). I work from home as a personal caregiver and am a certified CNA as well. We also have reliable transportation if need be.

We love reading, coloring, taking walks, playing outside (catch, basketball, chalk, bubbles), and going to the park near our home

The most important part about being a nanny...

To me the most important part of taking care of children, weather it's mine or anyone's is "Safety First". We can learn new things and have fun too, but must be safe about it.

My experience with special needs children...

I do have quite a bit of experience in this area. My oldest son is low-spectrum Autistic. And one of my other kids has a genetic disorder. These needs do require a lot of caring and support and patience..... That's just part of who I am. I love to help.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love to see the kids laughing. A child's laugh is priceless.
