The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a babysitter is finding a balance between being responsible and being playful. Babysitters should always prioritize the safety and well-being of the children in their care, but they should also be able to find ways to make the experience enjoyable for everyone involved. This can include playing games and engaging in fun activities together, allowing the children to be creative and express themselves, and even incorporating little surprises and treats into the schedule. Overall, the key is to maintain a positive and lighthearted atmosphere while still enforcing structure and boundaries !
My experience with special needs children...
A couple of my family members that were special needs or a neighbors kid that was special needs that I took care of, and always had a joyful time. I myself have experience, as I'm on the spectrum myself, although highly functioning, and completely understandable and open with the child's needs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Taking a couple of my neighbor's kids to the park in our trailer park after I bought them snacks, playing hide and seek and chasing them— although it had rained the night before, so everyone was muddy but I cleaned them all up and it was very heartwarming for me. I loved pushing them on the swings and having fun with my sisters there as well.
