My experience with special needs children...
I have the sweetest little cousin named Sophia! She is 8 years old and she is non verbal autistic with a micro-deletion, this can make it hard for her to explain her emotions or tell me things she wants but it’s never stopped me from caring for her from the time she was a little one to her being a big girl now. Just because something is hard doesn’t mean it can’t be done and I like to put that into my everyday life! No matter what I will always make sure your child feels loved, heard, and cared for because I hope people do the same for my son.
