I love doing hair, singing to country music, swimming, going to parks, teaching littles to bake cookies and playing various intellectually enriching activities.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love helping children grow! Sometimes they don’t like it! But I am not always the ‘fun’ nanny who will let the children run wild! I love when I am able to teach small lessons, whether it’s why we always look when we cross the street, or why we only go potty on the potty, or even just what the color red is, I feel great joy in knowing a child I cared for learned something beneficial from me, even if it takes you ( the parent) and me ( the nanny) telling them a million times! :) I love seeing children progress in my care.

My experience with special needs children...

I helped my mother who was a foster mother care for foster kids who had various emotional disorders and special needs. I understand and feel for those who need to be handled gently and I hope that whether your child requires special care or not that they can feel comfortable and safe with me and any emotion or trouble they feel the need to express.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I helped my mother raise three children who were foster kids and my mother also worked. Eventually the kids started calling me mama and my mom ‘mommy’ it was so sweet that they felt cared for and loved by me ( ages 2, 3, 7) enough to call me momma <3
