Hi ! My name is Kaitlyn but Kait is always fine ! I’ve always baby sat the younger kids in my family ranging from infants to toddlers mostly. Although I do have experience helping my grandmother ( Jackie Gadsden ) now a retired social worker with family visits and sometimes in home visits with the children for the majority of my elementary and middle school years until she retired. I love baby sitting and helping out parents when I can because the saying, “ it takes a village “ helped my development as a young adult. I’ve always found comfort in helping others which is why the career I’m working towards is in law enforcement. I hope to start back up my beginner college education in criminal justice to achieve a bachelor’s degree so I can work as a Crime Scene Investigator and or/ Forensic Psychologist.

At my grandmothers social working office ( There’s room inc. I often was tasked with answering phones, making the children snacks, small meals, entertaining the children, sometimes putting them down for naps.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love games ! Video games, board games , and some card games. I also enjoy any type of arts and crafts. And while cooking is a necessity it’s also something I enjoy doing and can make fun for kids given the examples I had in all my Home Economics classes.
