I have worked in childcare for 10 years. I started working in childcare at 15 and have continued since then. I’ve worked with children who have disabilities (including my son) and I’ve worked in pre schools with “pace setters”. I was lucky enough to nanny for a family that I had known for 2 years and grew a close relationship with. Unfortunately, the family I worked with had to move their family to better their lives in a new state. At that point, I knew my heart was with in the nannying business.
