The most important part about being a nanny is caring for someone's children in a way that provides a sense of trust, security, care and comfort to the child(ren) and the parents. As well as realizing the big part you will play in a child's life and taking that responsibility very seriously.

I have a few years experience with children with autism and different levels of the spectrum. I also have experience with children who have mental health issues that need special attention like bipolar, PTSD, ADD and ADHD. I'm well versed in the patience that children with special needs must recieve as well as administering medication for them that they might need.
