I am a very patient, trust worthy person who is inspired to watch the development of children. I worked as a sitter for about 3 years at home and then went to a daycare for an additional year. The at home job was two children but at the daycare the ratio was 1:10 so me with 10 two-three year olds. I encourage older children to use me as an aid rather than have me do everything for them. I also enjoy doing multiple different activities to stimulate fine motor and sensory skills.
