A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Kalina and I am from New Hampshire but am attending school at the University of Maine, Orono. I am a first year student studying biochemistry and I am looking for a part time job that will feel fun and rewarding. I worked as a summer camp counselor for two years and worked with young students at a martial arts studio in my home town. I loved working with the kids at my dojo during the school year helping them and working with their parents to make sure they got a good experience. After one summer I was named summer camp coach of the year for that season. I love being able to help people find their passions and grow and learn as individuals. Some of my individual passions include playing/watching basketball, listening/playing music (I was a band kid for a while), and art but I am always open to trying new things.
