My favorite nanny moment…Having been on vacation for the holidays for 2 weeks, I returned to my nanny job with an 8 month old baby. When the baby saw me, his face lit up and he smiled really big. I picked him up off the floor, and he layed his head on my shoulder with a big smile on his face as if the welcome me back. This moment really solidified the connection I have made with the baby.
